Summer is the time for open toed sandals to show off those pedicures. One of the biggest summer trends this year has been the “caged” high-heeled shoes, which feature a crisscross style of leather across the foot and ankle, resulting to a foot looking like it is trapped in a cage. These sexy little caged shoes have been seen on the feet of many celebrities; they were all over magazines.
